We would love to hear from you. The best way to contact us is to call at 562-434-9966. We are open 7 days per week until midnight.
You can contact us via email at lbah at lbah.com (use standard email format, we are simply trying to deter spam bots by spelling it out). We receive several hundred emails each day. To have yours stand out please put something unique in the title- for example, “Dog with liver disease question”
Please limit your questions to one paragraph. Unfortunately, due to the volume of e-mail we receive, we cannot answer every question sent to us.
Please do not email us asking for a price on a certain medical service or surgery. We will not quote a price for any of our services over the Internet because there are too many details to be aware of. You need to call us and talk to one of our staff to give you an accurate quote.
Please do not ask us to make a diagnosis over the internet or second-guess your veterinarian. Also, giving us a list of symptoms will not allow us to diagnose your pets problem- your pet needs to be examined by one of our doctors for a proper diagnosis.
We literally receive email from all over the world. It is not uncommon for our doctors to get an email from a veterinarian in India, Iran, or Pakistan, who needs help with a treatment or a diagnosis. These foreign doctors are dedicated individuals with limited resources and limited educational opportunities, so we help them often. They also sign up for our newsletter and appreciate the fact that we keep them in the loop.
Here is an email and picture from such an individual after getting our newsletter on breast cancer. These are genuine people trying their best in a bad situation, and we always respond to them.
